I like how zoro held hajrudin back from attacking, telling him not to fall for it when two chapters ago, he gave loki his final blow because he wanted to check if loki was really dead. Loki definitely has advanced foresight. He's shown with gunko and again with luffy he can clearly see the future. So what if his strike on the tree was to save the kids from arriving at the boat? The fire started by his lightning strike is now blocking thier path. When he says he will slaughter all the weaklings in the sun realm he's talking about the gods knights.Usopp is definitely somehow going to lift and use lokis hammer. I don't know how, but the who no one else can lift ragnir is giving me that vibe. I hope he gets a devil fruit that allows him to make massive gauntlets similar to gunko.
We have never seen future sight to show anything more than a few seconds into the future. It's not the same thing as fortune-telling nor it's used in the same way.
Loki could be seeing god's knights with his observation haki, and he might've directed the thunder that way to try to mess with their plans, but I don't think it has anything to do with "Preventing a future" or anything like that.
